Performance analysis of technical systems by fuzzy sets utilization and synthesis of obtained information by evidential reasoning, give opportunity for deep understanding of considered technical system behavior. Basic condition, which is almost always satisfied, is possibility of system separation to different hierarchical levels. Another condition is appropriate experience of engineers and experts about technical system operation and maintenance. Second condition could be considered as satisfied for operation of hydraulic installation in Service Mechanization on open pit mines in the Public Company Serbian State Electricity.
