The main objective of this paper is to show organization in company within chemical industry as well as the functioning of its maintenance sector. The paper should comprehend different legislative and strategy for their realization. The effects of long term use of outsourcing will be shown trough records such as number of employees, organization changes, participation of external resource in maintenance activities realization, estimation of their future participation and problems caused or salved by external resources. It is a wish to, upon shown records, actuate an adequate discussion or to give an answer to question “Where are the limits of outsourcing?” The priority should be review of maintenance quality and responsibility assignment especially when number of employees is below minimum or by structure unable to respond upon every demand.
