This paper shows results of research on effects of introducing time restricted parking in central area of Belgrade, «circle of tram No 2». Methodology applied is identical to methodology used for determining parameters of state before measures introducing, developed on Department of Terminals in Road Transport and Traffic, Faculty of Traffic and Transport Engineering in Belgrade.
