Quality factors of entity (society) - State, State Environment, Organization, Suppliers, Macro processes, Product or service - along with the criteria and quantification (metrics) of the quality are subject of a permanent general assessment by customers. In this paper, using expert systems methods, a complex model of entity (society) is developed.
